Effortlessly cook beef, pork, chicken and fish to perfection with the Taylor Waterproof Instant Read Thermometer. The ultra-thin 1.5mm step-down food temperature probe tip leaves smaller puncture holes in the food to help retain juices and maintain the presentation of the meal. It also provides accurate readings within just 10 seconds. Reading from -40°C to 230 °C (-40°F to 450°F), it’s hard to misjudge the temperature displayed on the bright blue backlit LCD display. It also features a 'hold' button. This freezes the temperature even when removed from food. There's a ‘max/s’ function to read the maximum and minimum temperatures that the probe has reached, as well as a battery saving 'auto-off' feature that turns this fast read meat thermometer off after 10 minutes.
