Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
100g cream cheese
250g goat cheese
100g pecan nuts, chopped
60g dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Method
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
Roll into roughly 8-10 balls and place onto a non-stick baking sheet
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until ready to serve
